As an important carrier of China's rapid economic development, small and micro enterprises have developed rapidly in recent years. However, the development of small and micro enterprises has become very slow due to various difficulties. However, the academic circle has also put forward the development difficulties of small and micro enterprises in terms of capital, technology and capability, and has also put forward some corresponding solutions. From this we can see that dealing with the development of small and micro enterprises has an important impact on the economy. The arrival of the era of "mass innovation and mass entrepreneurship" and the proposal of "collaborative entrepreneurship" provide a very effective solution for small and micro enterprises to break through the barriers of development. While collaborative entrepreneurship points out that multiple entities share information and complement each other's advantages. At the same time, for the sake of common interests, they cooperate and develop together to promote the overall economic development while the enterprise develops itself. As the most active regional feature of entrepreneurial activities—industrial clusters, its geographical proximity undoubtedly provides an excellent environment for collaborative entrepreneurship. Therefore, this paper hopes to analyze the small and micro enterprises in the background of industrial clusters, obtain the factors needed to carry out collaborative entrepreneurship, and analyze the advantages of carrying out collaborative entrepreneurship. The research purpose of this paper is to explore the key influencing factors of small and micro enterprises' collaborative entrepreneurship under the cluster scenario. Therefore, this paper firstly sorts out and analyzes the relevant literature on industrial clusters, small and micro enterprises and collaborative entrepreneurship respectively. After selecting Shaoxing textile industry with obvious industrial cluster characteristics for interviews and second-hand data collection, after obtaining a large amount of discourse data, using grounded theory research methods, through open coding, axial coding, selective coding, sorting out a large number of Shaoxing textile industry business statements, extracting concepts and integrating categories, and summarizing four main influencing factors:industry market, enterprise main body, cultural heritage, government regulation, and constructing a key influence factor model.Secondly,a questionnaire was designed with 15 concepts as observation variables, and factor analysis was carried out on the collected data.Firstly, exploratory factor analysis is used to analyze the rotation to obtain the number of factors, and finally 14 key observation variables and 4 twiddle factors are obtained, which are consistent with the theoretical model. Then the rationality of the model is tested by confirmatory factor analysis, and the path coefficients of the four influencing factors are obtained. It is found that the industry market, enterprise dominant, cultural background, and government regulation all have influences on collaborative entrepreneurial behavior, and the industry market has the most significant influence, while the influence of government regulation and enterprise dominant is relatively weak. Then, using regression method to analyze the causality and mechanism between industry market, enterprise dominant, cultural background, government regulation and collaborative entrepreneurship. It is concluded that the four influencing factors are positively correlated with collaborative entrepreneurship. Finally, according to the mechanism of path coefficient analysis of influencing factors, some suggestions are put forward from the perspective of the government and enterprises.
