Apprising Sustainable Use Of Agricultural Resources And Suggestion In Jilin Provinc

Resources is the Natural foundation and inevitable condition of Social development. How toreasonable develop and use resources is the premise of the economical development. The condition ofresources can reflect one world's social economy system and science progressive condition. Economicalglobalization and Environmental world is the new trend. Sustainable development is the motion criterion ofvarious countries' government. China has promised and we have implemented the strategy of sustainabledevelopment.This article is based on present situation of agricultural resources and economical development of Jilinprovince, establishing the appraising index system and appraisal method of Jilin resources, quantitativeanalyzing Jilin resources. We also learn the condition of agricultural resources system, making theresources of Jilin province measurability and effectiveness, as well as offering foundation and guidance forsetting down the strategy of sustainable development of Jilin agricultural resources. In addition, this articleanalyses the land resource and water resource because this two resources is relative quite important. Usingthe data of land-water resources and founding on the total quantity of this two resources to construct theanalyzing-model. In the last, this article proposed how to reasonable develop resources and thecountermeasure suggestion to make sure the sustainable development of Jilin agricultural resources.The result indicated that the level of Jilin agricultural resources sustainable development R is thesynthesis coordination in 2000 and 2005.However, in 2003 and 2004,R is only the economy and societysustainable, which means the ecology factor isn't sustainable. This is the dangerous single becauseeconomy and society can not long-time stable without the sustainable ecology. Although the economy,society and ecology is sustainable, we don't strengthen to protect the environment, this sustainablecondition can't lasting. The match of land-water resources is bad and different sharply. The land of Jilinprovince occupies the whole world 4.29％, but the water is 1.32％. R is 1.371,lower than the average levelof the world(1.441). The comparing superiority of land resource in jilin province is obvious. However, theproblem of water resources is very serious. So Jilin province is not the area of"land-water resourcesufficient". From the average level of land-water resources, the average per person cultivated area is 0.208hectare, which is the whole country's (0.099 hectare) 2.1 doubles. But, the average per person water resources quantity is the whole country's 76.4％. The combination of land and water resources decides thedifference of the matching degree of agricultural land-water resources in different cities in Jilin province,and backing the average level of the whole country.In the last, this article analyses the problem of agricultural resources, from several factors,that is,change the serious condition of the shortage water resources, perfect market system, improve managementlevel of agricultural industry, change the recent using model of agricultural resources, establish laws andsupervising mechanism, to improve the condition of agricultural resources and realize the sustainabledevelopment of agricultural resources.
