A Study On The Development Problem Of Cooperative Economy Organization Of Xiwu And Xianghuang Banner In Inner Mongolia

Since 1980s,With the innovation of management system and the development of the market economy in the pastoral area , some herdsmen'cooperative organizations of economy have appeared in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,which were founded by herdsmen voluntarily . These cooperative economy organizations play an important role in promoting stockbreeding and developing the economy in pasturing areas.And the appearance of these cooperative organization complied with the development of the market economy, therefore the quantity of cooperative organization increase rapidly.In terms of the actual situation, the cooperative of pastoral area is different from that of countryside area..There is limited in the transportation and correspondence, Mainly because of geography condition.In view of present situation this article studied the cooperative economy organizations of Xiwu and Xianghuang Banner,in inner Mongolia. The research indicated that, the macroscopic question which the pastoral area cooperative face is the flaw in interior system construction, the movement mechanism and government management.The prominent microscopic question is how the lower labor productivity faces the competition of socialized production;how the small-scale production links up with international market ;how the herdsman could improve the quality and become rich as far as possible.Finally, the article emphatically proposed some questions which will be supposed to pay attention,and proposed some counter measures for the government to provide the policy-making basis.
