Maize industrial economy involved with farming,feed machining and trade.It is many train and organic combination of agricultural economy which is formed according to economy organizing mode of agricultural industrialization.It includes maize planting,livestock breeding,processing industry,circulation and service industry and agricultural policy supporting system.It extends industrial chain and increases additional value by maize processing industry and livestock,breeding transform.At the same time,turning external to internal requirements can create new industrial growth pole.The feature of maize industrial economy is basic,variety, regional character and high efficiency.The object of the study is Luohe which is famous food city of China and food industrial base in Henan province.The method of the study is on-the-spot investigation,search materials on the innet and in books and so on.In the paper,it analyses the situation and tendency of maize industrial economy at home and abroad and the integrant parts of maize industrial economy of Luohe,points out the main existing problems,gives suggestions and plans about continuing to develop.It also discusses goals and plans about rapid development of maize industrial economy of Luohe.The main research results of this paper are as follows:(1)The goal of maize industrial economy of Luohe is:on the bases of stable growth of maize production,we should continue to speed up maize processing industry and livestock breeding,in order to form organic combination and inter promotion of positive cycle industrial among maize production,livestock breeding of farm district and maize processing industry;positively explore market rule and newest trend about maize trade,speed up circulation system reform;stably advance support system construction of maize industrial economy,offer necessity safeguard for its healthy and stable development;key develop maize deep processing and livestock product processing industry;cultivate maize industry to pillar industry of Luohe,which can make great affects for Luohe's economy development.(2)The maize planting area of Luohe is about 86.7 thousand ha and output is about 50 million kilograms.There are 3 planting demonstration areas over 66.7 ha.At the same time,it absorbs 200 million kilograms maize from peripheral districts.(3)At the base of stabling cultivation scale of farms,we should key develop the scale feeding depending on Shuanghui and Huitong Group.We will construct a pig farm which can raise 200 thousand head pigs,3～5 pig farms which can raise 100 thousand head pigs,and 10 pig farms which can raise more than 10 thousand head pigs.At the same time,we should improve characters of breeding pigs,cultivate quality pigs,reduce breeding cost and increase benefit of livestock breeding.(4)Continue to keep leadership of maize deep processing industry in Henan,seize the opportunity to speed up development.The emphasis works for the future are①develop new products and expand new fields.At the base of continuing to do well in existing varieties,we should aim at internal and external consuming market, actively develop new maize deep processing product which have high -tech content and high value-added,such as development of modified starch and sorbitol.With the intension of energy,we should develop fuel-ethanol in time,and expand new field of maize processing.②make preferential policies to broaden financing channels.City government should make preferential policies to support maize deep processing industry,encourage enterprises to exploit new fields,give support on human,material, and financial resources.At the same time,city government should lead enterprises to broaden financial channels,and actively absorb social and nongovernmental funds.③consolidate present market and develop international and domestic new market. Participate in market competition actively,create world famous brands and occupy the advanced position in increasing severe competition.(5)Construct basic frame of information services and management system about maize industrial economy of Luohe which includes software and hardware construction,network development,process analysis system and transfer and feedback system.It can make maize industrial economy have a definite object in view, make industry administration in order and regulation and promote maize industrial economy of Luohe continuous,rapid and healthful development.
