In the process of global aquaculture economy production, the rapid development of aquaculture industry accelerated the market demand of animals and animal products, had led the recovery in international trade flows and market economy. In order to meet the development of market economy, achieve higher production efficiency, and continuously improve livestock breeding density and size, and intensive,large-scale production. Intensive, large-scale farming and the rapid increase of farming faster output of animal products improve their living conditions. But the rapid development of aquaculture also creates more problems, series production of farmers, not only destroys the pollution and reduced the animals’welfare. For example, without taking into account other factors, excessive pursuit of economic efficiency, irrational expansion of the breeding density, harsh environment, using Add pigment to the feed, as well as unsafe veterinary drugs not only affected the animal’s growth and harm to human health.Using pig-breeding survey data in Hunan province to study the cognitive factors about farmers on pig welfare is how to affecting farmers breeding effect. The first, using the Delphy Fa and AHP to comprehensive assessment the pig welfare of aquaculture in Hunan Province farmers.Results showed:most pig welfare are in medium and poor grades, only accounted for 2.9% of the total can achieve the optimal state, most of pigs are in poor overall welfare. Secondly, using the DEA model is used to calculate the pig breeding efficiency in different degree, and using the Tobit model analysis of influence efficiency of production factors, find out the factors influencing Hunan province pig breeding efficiency.Finally, bying multiple regression model for analysis of influencing the benefit factors of pig, to research purposes. Last, using double logarithmic model to analysis factors to improve pig welfare status wishes of farming households. The results displayed:farming households age, and education degree, and inputs labor number, and farming years, and farming scale, and whether or not Ministry of agriculture farming technology of understanding House and whether or not pig farming households has funds subsidies, and whether or not has sufficient of technology support are in different significantly effects degrees to improved animal welfare status of wishes, and according to analysis results put out corresponds measures and recommends from the market, industry, government of three different view, such as, improve awareness to strengthen the guidance and development of healthy breeding pig, improving the welfare of pigs; taking a variety of measures to improve the application efficiency of pig, creating a better environment for the development of healthy breeding waterfowl; construction of pig farming cooperative specialized organization, promoting development of healthy breeding pig; government support policies for pig breeding to improve pig farming.
