| After our country joins WTO, the petroleum, and petrochemistry enterprise of our country will face direct competition of the international petroleum enterprise. Regardless of the enterprise system, the output value of the average per person, with the total labor quantity or the overall management level, it has great distance between the domestic petroleum and petrochemistry enterprise and the multinational corporation.
