| The paper research the Liquid Crystal Display industry history of Korea and Taiwan country. Recalled the LCD industry development in 40 years in the world, the paper analyzes the beginning background and high-speed development's reasons and conditions of Korea and Taiwan LCD industry, and compare with their development in two ways--- industrial policy and industrial cluster.
