Informatization About Dalian Establishing A Modernized And International City

In 16th National Congress of Communist Party of China pointed that the information is an inevitable choice of quickening industrialization and modernization of China. Especially the 11th five years'programming passed in plenary meeting, has made information becoming one of the focus once more. It is noticeable that most scholars always study information together with either industry or management. Few people fall together with urban development. Even in this respect, most research are theoretical perspective and from the macro-level analysis, with the reality of the very few examples. The research aimed at Dalian city, based on regional economic theory and a variety of analytical methods were used in it. The text discussed on the important roles about the degree of information to building a modern international city, analyzed the developing model and brought forward the main countermeasures. This study aims to enhance the level of Dalian information and offer a theory and scientific basis to speed up the pace of building of a modern international city. We hope it may enrich and improve information content and level in regional economics field. The following points were analyzed:1. The information and urban modernization firstly were defined in this study. Based on the clear definitions, the advanced effect of information for a modernized and international city was explained.2. To offer reference to Dalian information, the international and national background was explained with examples.3. The"Information Exponent Count Model"was cited, information level of ten developed cities of China was counted and questions were explained with that. In order to find the shortage of Dalian Information, the information of Dalian and Shenzhen was compared with Principal Component Analysis (PCA) in this study.4. It was considered that corporation information was the core of the Dalian information. On this base, aiming the present deficiency, some countermeasures were brought with operational worth in this study.
