Research On The Development Mode And Method Of Recycling Economy In The City Of Dalian

Circular Economy (CE), which is regarded as a new economic mode for enhancement of resources and ecological environmental performance, has been serious concerned than ever before in China. CE is an ecological economy in itself, and a practical model to promote sustainable development. CE puts emphasis on the harmonious development of economy and eco-environment. A new economic way, i.e. feedback economic operational way featuring a resources-to-products-to-regenerated resource was put forward in CE.The concept of Circular Economy has been put forward as early as the 1960s. However, it didn't drawn high public concern until 1980s-1990s, when the global environmental problems had been increasingly intensified and the sense of continuous-development began striking root in people's hearts.As Dalian is now in a critical period of speeding up development and structure-adjusting, the process of modernization and continuous development of the social economy would both be hindered provided the old economic development method which continues to be the extensive development pattern of "high consumption, high energy cost and severe contamination" is still adopted. The research progress of this project promotes the development of recycling economy in our city. Complying with the trend of both the national and international recycling economy development and according with the objective demands for the continuous development strategy in Dalian, this project has its important practical significance and profound historical significance.In the first part, this thesis makes brief discussions on the intension of recycling economy and the situation of its development both in and abroad, as well as the development survey of economy in Dalian, illustrating the necessity of the research on the development method of recycling economy in the city of Dalian .And some the main problems in the current development of recycling economy in Dalian are put forward in view of the analysis of the situation, making a theoretical analysis.The above mentioned research has aroused the author's strategic thinking of the development of recycling economy in Dalian. So in the rest parts, an initial exploration is made and several methods are put forward in view of the continuous development.
