Circulation Conditions For Economic Development And Mode Of Study

From last century, some global problems, such as population explosion, resources scarcity, environmental deterioration, warming climate and so on, appeared. And these problems are becoming more and more serious than ever. People from all over the world are forced to put forward a quite new developing opinion: that is the view of continuous development. Some developed countries began to set up resources-saved society by developing recycling economy, and they have got obvious benefits on environment, society and economy. After taking the policy of reform and opening-up, our country still adopt the traditional economic developing model. In this way, the direct results are over-exploring of resources and over-growth of energy consumption. The vulnerable ecological environment and limited resources have to shoulder the greatest pressure in the history taken by the population's development. Therefore, it's the necessary choice for our country's continuous development by developing recycling economy. At present, people's understandings about recycling economy are not identical because it's a new economic form. Therefore, this thesis has an important theoretical sense and a practical sense.Many analytic methods, such as comparing, demonstration, criterion, determine the nature, ration and so on, are involved in this thesis to analyze the theories related to recycling economy. On the one hand, the theories include recycling economy's definition, principles, features, action subjects and relations with other related concepts. On the other hand, the paper states systematically about recycling economy's developing model, technological supports and guarantee conditions. At the same time, based on the present situation of our country, the paper points out the countermeasures according to the different action subjects.Conclusions of the paper are followings. First, the aim of recycling economy is to utilize the resources efficiently and circularly. The principles are quantity-reduced, re-utilizing and re-recycling (re-resourced). The features are cyclic materials and ladder-like energetic use. The feedback flow order goes like "Resourcesâ†' Production â†'Regenerated Resourcesâ†'Production". And the representations are "two highs" and "two lows", high utility rate, high recycling rate, low depleting and low pollution. Second, recycling economy has different developing models in different levels. For example, the level of enterprise adopts cleansing production, the level of region adopts industrialized ecological zone or development model of ecological city, and the level of society adopts recycling society. Third, development of recycling economy needs certain technological supporting system and guarantee conditions. The technological supporting system mainly refers to technique of pollution's administration, technique of resources-reduced, technique of re-utilizing, technique of re-resourced, technique of resources replacement and technique of systematization.
