| Recycling economy, first is economic, it is different from the traditional economy system. Its development mode and format is changing along with the regime, physical geography, culture tradition, and life style, but the essence is consistence. This paper mainly discussed the developmental mode of recycling economy on the three levels and the function of government regulation in the recycling economy development, finally has carried on the analysis to Tianjin circular economy development condition.The paper firstly introduced the recycling economy development situation, simultaneously analyzed the recycling economy pattern, meaning, and the economic theory; in the second chapter has summed up the international and domestic practice situation of circular economy; In the third chapter introduced the economic theory of circular economy, establishing the theoretic and practical foundation for the analysis in the latter various chapters. On the basis of front analyze, the paper researched the development mode of recycling economy, and deduced the function of government regulation in recycling economy development ,in the fourth chapter the paper analyzed the development mode of circular economy from enterprise, area and society three levels; in the fifth chapter carried on theoretic analyze on the function of government regulation in the circular economy development, in the sixth chapter the paper investigated and analyzed the situation of circular economy development in Tianjin City, bringing forward the primary policy and measure. |
