Research On Recycling Economy Development

Along with the economic development of human society, the ecological, resourceand environmental problems are causing human vigilance, and recycling economy isdrawing more and more attention. The core of recycling economy is achieving themost efficiency with the least consumption of resources and environmental costs.Recycling economy, as a new economic development model and economic theoryparadigm, is a severe challenge to the traditional development, economic models andeconomic. Circular economy has a great importance in China’s economicdevelopment. The purpose of this paper has important theoretical significance andpractical value. In this context, this article studied the cycle of economic development,the economic cycle theory, operation, development and the evaluation research.The paper‘s innovation lied in the following aspects. This paper analyzes therelationship between the elements of recycling economy system, establishing thesystem combined with resources, environment, economy, society, enterprises, thescience and technology. The internal structure of this system is complex, with strongconnection and mutual dependence between the components. There are multi multiplefeedback loops, and the system operating status changes constantly with time. Byanalyzing the elements of the recycling economy system and several key variables ofthe interaction, this paper put forward the feedback loop of the leading loop of therecycling economy system, put forward the mathematical description of the variableswithin the dynamics model of recycling economy system, and established thesimulation system of recycling economy for simulation empirical analysis. This model,giving us a deep understanding of the structures and the dynamic behavioralrelationships of the recycling economy system, is of great importance to the behaviorresearch and policy analysis and policy improvement of the recycling economysystem. This paper discussed related theoretical support to recycling economy fromnatural science basis, economic basis, philosophical basis, sociology basis and othertheoretical basis of recycling economy, put forward the systematic characteristics,operation platform, operation mechanism, operation lever of the recycling economyand the adjustment of ecological economic system, and constructed the theoretical framework of the recycling economy. The paper designed a development evaluationindex system of the regional recycling economy. This evaluation index system maystick to the idea of sustainable development, and fully reflect the characteristics ofrecycling economy. With a characteristic of high-level, widely coverage,systematically strong, this index system, fully considering system dynamic change,can reflect the comprehensive development situation and future trends, and is easy toforecast and management. This paper proposed policy suggestions to the developmentof ecological industry park.This paper is of great reference value for us to stick to the scientific view ofdevelopment, and promote China’s social and economic sustainable development.
