Research On The Development Strategies Of Qiqihar's Private Enterprises

In the era of new economy, when those private enterprises grow and develop constantly with the passage of time, their strategies implementation should also change correspondingly, which are based on the development stage of private enterprises. Development strategies play a decisive role in the survival and growth of private enterprises, therefore, private enterprises should place the formulation of development strategies on an extremely important position so as to lay a solid foundation for the sustained and steady development. As a highly centralized area of state-owned economy, the start and development of private economy in Qiqihar relatively lagged behind compared with other developed areas, and have restricted the development of Qiqihar's economy to a certain extent. Great evidence shows that a private enterprise without strategy or with a lagged behind strategy will be sooner or later eliminated by the market. As a result, to study the development strategy for Qiqihar's private enterprises is of no doubt great era significance, and is also the key for those private enterprises to realize scale expansion and the constant growth.Firstly, this dissertation carries out an investigation and research with an aim to figure out the exact stage of Qiqihar's private enterprises in their life-cycle; then, the dissertation systematically analyzes the existing problems in all stages of life-cycle and the factors restricting the development of Qiqihar's private enterprises. In the light of the common problem existing in Qiqihar's private enterprises and combined with Qiqihar's practical situations, also by taking the experience from those developed areas in private economy as reference, the dissertation firmly grasps the themes of green, environmental protection, sustainable development and self-innovation, and makes an approach to Qiqihar's private enterprises by adopting enterprise life-cycle theory and self-innovation theory; At last, the dissertation points out the adjustment and development directions and formulates the development strategy and countermeasure for Qiqihar's private enterprises.By taking a city's private enterprises as the research objective, and by using life-cycle theory, regional economy theory and sustainable development theory, this dissertation studies the problems related to Qiqihar's private enterprises and comes up with the development strategies. The results of this research will have a practical and guiding significance in revitalizing Qiqihar's private enterprises and accelerating Qiqihar's economic development. Further more, will offer reference for the development of similar enterprises.
