Research On The Development Of Private Enterprises In Beichen District Based On The Life Cycle Perspective

Since the reform and opening up,private enterprises has become one of the main power to promote the economic development of our country. It gradually transforms from a complementary of economic development into the most dynamic body of market economy. Beichen district,in northern Tianjin,its support industries are biological pharmaceutical, characteristic agricultural chemicals, new energy materials and other industries. However private enterprises develop more rapidly in recent years, average life expectancy are only three or four years. Why can produce this kind of phenomenon? Based on actual investigation method, this thesis tries to find the social reasons for the short enterprise life period, analyses the features of Beichen district private enterprises life cycle, points out problems in each life cycle and solution to extend the life cycle of private enterprises. By suggestions and countermeasures, government can help enterprises a variety of policy guidance to the healthy growth of private enterprises.First of all, this thesis is based on the social background of the development of private enterprises and the selected topic significance and the field research, using methods and related important literature. It defines the private enterprises and life cycle, divides private enterprise lifecycle into four stages, and analyses systematically the four phase respective characteristics, problems and countermeasures.Secondly, this thesis analyzes the life cycle situation of Beichen district private enterprises which is based on the data and chart. The quantity of Beichen district's private enterprises grows rapidly, but generally shorter life cycle. Why can produce this kind of phenomenon? This thesis analyzes the core factors affecting the private enterprise life cycle. The industry life cycle and product life cycle is the expression of enterprise life period. Its basic reason is enterprise's organization structure, governance mechanism, enterprise culture and entrepreneurship.Finally, there are complex social relations between the government and enterprises. In certain areas, the government effectively enhances the public service of regional economy, including policy, public innovation platform, the financial policy and various preferential policies on enterprise development. Therefore, standing on the angle of the government to guide and promote the development of private enterprises, this thesis puts forward some related public policy to extend the Beichen district private enterprise life cycle method, such as promoting industrial type of upgrading, product innovation, attracting talent, improving financing ability and management ability and so on.
