| With the high-speed development of modern industrial,industrial pollution is becoming the largest obstacle of human development. People have to trade environmental questions with new concept and seek new measurements. After experiencing process from end control mode to cleaner production, ecological industry has been recognized by more and more countries and districts. EIP is one of the most important aspects of ecological industry. EIP is an regional system which include branch such as some industry corporate,agriculture and residential area,etc. It sets up industry's system like "Producer,Consumers,Dissolution " way and food chain network through imitating the natural ecosystem circulation,thereby form the a interdependent and harmonious industrial ecosystem and fully use resources and reducing the negative effect to the environment, finally reach the goal of industrial sustainable development and realize win-win of economic development and environmental protection.Firstly,it discusses the theoretical basics of EIP such as Industrial Ecology, Cleaner Production,Circular Economy and so on, then introduce the eco-industrial park Evaluation System Survey, using Delphi rules to selected indicators, established evaluation system and establish evaluation model and the evaluation criteria with gray mathematical. Then the paper introduces the current state of the Eco-Industrial Park indicator system, ecological industrial chain concepts, theories and research methods, analyze the typical ecological park industry chain, at last summarize problems exist in the eco-industrial park construction and put forward measurement suitable to our country. The paper focus on using the constructed eco-industrial park evaluation system, evaluation models and the evaluation criteria to comprehensively evaluate Yueyang County Eco-Industrial Park indicators for make a accurate position of the park Construction. Then analysis the eco-industrial chains of Yueyang county, point out disadvantages of Yueyang county, bring up advices on structuring eco-industrial fictitious chains in Yueyang. We put forward initial plan to structure eco-industrial fictitious chains in Yueyang on the basis of the situation and industry pollution condition of industry development in Yueyang. Finally, we bring up some subjects that should be further studied as follows: construct eco-industry park area indicator system with function of diagnose the eco-industrial chains of the EIP. |
