The Research On The Cooperating Development Of Foreign Trade With Recycle Economy

The Chinese foreign trade have experienced continuing high speed growth for more than 20 years, however the conflict between the foreign trade and the environment worsened, the resources exhaust as well as the pollution emissions have caused the people to re-ponder our country foreign trade sustainable development. Especially under the circulation economical background, the scholarly research focuses on the related question that how the environment resources restrained affects our country long-term foreign trade growth. Basing on it, from the theory, the model and the experience angles,the paper discusses the relations of our country trade growth and the circulation economy, present situation and the importance of our country foreign trade and the circulation economy coordination development with the aid of the existing research results as well as statistics and the fuzzy mathematics analysis method, and analyzes policy measures of coordination development of our country foreign trade and the circulation economy.First, the paper reviews the references on the environment quality and the economical development, the hypothesis of"race to the bottom", the hypothesis of"Transfer of Environmental Cost"and the sustainable development of foreign trade, then reviews the present study of trade and environment relations, trade and recycle economy relations in domestic and abroad, which is expected to provide theory background and the analysis basic point for my paper.The paper which studies the coordinated development of foreign trade and circulation economy is divided into four parts. Firstly, it analyses the different influence that circulation economy and the green barrier bring to the foreign trade in our country, which make it easier to study the coordinated development of trade and circulation economy. Secondly, it is qualitatively described the current situation and importance about the coordinated development of trade and circulation economy in our country ,which provides new thought about how to deal with the relationship between foreign trade and environment, improves the structure of imports and exports, and avoids the restricts (e.g. green barrier )from trade protectionisms. Third, from the generic relationship of trade and circulation economy, we quantitatively analyze the coordinated development of foreign trade and circulation economy with the methods of statistics and fuzzy mathematics and establish the indicator system and the economic model. The results have supported the fact that there are great gaps in the coordinated development of trade and circulation economy, which should be taken seriously. Finally, based on preceding analysis, as well as comparing the advance experiences in developed countries, policy recommendations about the coordinated development of foreign trade and circulation economy are put forward.
