The Research On The Recycling Economy Of Resource Dependent County

This paper introduces the crucial meanings of studying on the sustainable development theory in county area at the beginning, including the present situation of sustainable development theory, content and necessities of the sustainable development, and trend of domestic and international researches. It points out the current problems in the present theory. Later on, this paper introduced the related concept of the county area sustainable development in China in details, and analyzed the direction and paths of it. Closely behind, it studied on the influence of the recycle economy bringing to the sustainable development theory of the county area. Above all, the paper makes an evaluation towards the county area sustainable development and then uses the control model together with the incentive model based on the game theory to study on the new theory. At the same time, the demonstration analysis is made according to the 5 years data recently of Qian'an City. Then this paper analyzed the situation of Qian'an City by supplying he curve graph of it. The DEA model is used to analysis the efficiency of the resource in Qian'an City. In this paper, a conceptual structure of environmental management system is mainly developed and introduced. Following the procedure of analyzing the environmental management tasks by system dynamics, taking all the components, interactions and aspects together into consideration, environmental management system is well defined to be a functional system to efficiently and effectively solving sustainable development problems. The dynamic input-output model and game theory model is used to analyze the control condition of the resource using and the relationship between the government and the enterprises. Finally, this paper introduced the concept of recycle economy and made some suggestions about the sustainable development of Qian'an City.
