Learning curve is also called experience curve, drawing that when people do the same thing again and again, the time or the cost of doing this will be decreased by a fixed ratio as a result of knowledge and experience accumulation. Learning curve is used widely and takes great role in many field, therefore it can be used as a forecast tool. Many scholars have been attracted to investigate learning curve since it was discovered more than 70 years ago. But there are few study and application on it in China. The main reason is that it is not easy to find the substitution to the knowledge, and some companies don't realize the function of the learning curve and have not collected the data about learning curve. Thus, there isn't real application of learning curve in China. This thesis begins with review of the previous studies at home and abroad, later the measures and models of the learning curve are introduced, then a group of data about the product from a Chinese public electronic company is selected as the research sample, accumulative output is chosen as the substitute of the knowledge, an appropriate model is adopted to do confirmation. From the analysis of the results, the conclusion that learning effect obviously exists in this company can be obtained, furthermore, conclusion that learning effect exists in the whole Chinese electronic industry is deduced. The article confirms learning curve exists not only in the average bad rate, but also in the average man-hour, but the former progress rate is much larger than the latter. Thus, we can conclude that in some high degree mechanized industry such as manufacturing and electronic industry, its productive time is mainly decided by the machine. Thus, if the productive time is supposed to be reduced, more advanced machine equipment needs introduced. Nevertheless, the quality of the product does not lie on the machine mainly but on the artificial experience, so experience is obtained by the work time and the frequency which are spent on the identical work. In another words, if more experience in the technology is supposed to obtain, the kind of work and times of exchanging work post should be reduced.
