With the knowledge economic times coming, if enterprises are going to keep advantage in the competition, it requires that the staff become the innovative one, the organization becomes the team who continues tapping intellectual resources, gathering them in the group. Educating and training are the driving force of the growth of individual and organization, are also the core competition of the enterprise.Relative researches showed that the training of the enterprise still has some shortcoming. The thesis adopts open association, questionnaire investigate and experiment method, explores the modern employee's learning characteristic, aims at serving enterprise training.The results show that: (1) the learning conception of enterprise employee is traditional; (2) the learning motivation of employee is mainly gaining knowledge and interest, and there is significant difference in gender,age,marriage state and social status;(3) the factors hindering employee from learning are time and money; (4) the learning preference in the content of enterprise employee is tend to be realistic; (5) the learning strategy of employee is various, and mainly cognitive strategy; (6) the approach of learning is optional, comprehensive; (7) the enterprise employees have strong sense of self-effectiveness in learning; (8) enterprise trains are inconformity with the employees'needs.The results tell enterprise that: to modify the traditional training conception; to enhance the demand analysis; to choose suitable training manner; to evaluate training effect.
