With the development of social network, the fields of internet application anddevelopment are influenced by the information convergence philosophy of“self-centered orientation”, and it also changed the framework of social organizationand information structure. In E-Learning, it evolves rapidly into the socializedlearning storm after the change has merged with the Web2.0technology. Itrevolutionized the law of online learning experience and teaching design principle.Under the impact of social network learning philosophy, a few areas of businesswhich E-Learning touches are evolving socially. On the design of E-Learningplatform, many LMS suppliers are making the LMS products into the Social modulewhich aims at activating learning resources such as the courses and exams managedby LMS. On the development of course resources, the model of pure courseware iscriticized by the E-learning terminal students, as regardless of how well thecourseware is designed, it cannot get rid of the fact of its characteristics–compulsoryand simplification. Therefore, the core problems that E-Learning is focusing on aredeveloping the online courseware out of the traditional mindset; enabling the studentsto study actively rather than passively; enhancing introduction function andinteraction experience of E-Learning; and transforming the approach fromhuman-machine interaction to human-human interaction.Based on the above-mentioned considerations, the paper, initially, explains thesystem background that enterprise should take into account when organizing theE-Learning solution which includes E-Learning technological system, E-Learningcontent system, E-Learning operation system, and four aspects which stretched fromthe three systems such as, E-Learning teaching platform, E-Learning course and itsapplication, learning operation. With regard to the large catering chain enterprisesfeatures, such as organizational structure, personnel formation, staff training anddevelopment system, combined with the socialized request based on the learningpurpose, the “introductive socialized learning model” is designed, and based on themodel, the E-Learning study platform system is elaborated with regard to cateringenterprises. The effective and scientific study operation proposal is designed andhence implemented according to the four-step model of learning operation. Thus, the E-Learning solution is integrated by platform, courseware and operation and thesolution is put into effect practically. It provides the support effectively on the stafftraining and development, and setting up the in-house social networking learningenvironment of catering enterprises.
