The world economy has taken on prominent characteristic of knowledge in the 21 century, the element of knowledge has played a decisive role in the development of economy, in a meaning, it's dorminated by knowledge industry. With the rise and development of knowledge-driven economy, the operation ways of enterprises have shown a series new points, capital appreciation of enterprises is dependented on the knowledge which knowledge employees have mastered and the exertion of their capacity. The transition of enterprise's operation way will certainly bring some changes for the management of employee, both in ideas and ways. For the typical representative of knowledge-driven economy, hi-tech enterprises, how to manage and improve the working performance of knowledge employees, and further promote the well and orderly development of enterprise, is the issues mostly concerned by enterprise's leading group.On the basis of systematically summarizing the studies on the management of knowledge employee, firstly, illustrates and delimits the conceptual framework and characteristics of china's hi-tech enterprises as well as knowledge employees; then, analyses in detail the primary problems and cause for the management of knowledge employee in china's hi-tech enterprises; sequentially, investigates knowledge employees in a high and new industry zone from the two perspectives of cognizing and feeling, tests empirically the impact factors of management of knowledge employee in hi-tech enterprise, the study found:①the knowledge employee in hi-tech enterprise pays great attention to individual development factor, the spirit and the material incentive factor as well as the work motive and so on the long-term factors;②it existence deviates greatly of the factor mean between the cognition and the actual feeling of the knowledge staff manages;③the knowledge employees think generally the enterprises management level far has not been able to conform to their rationality anticipated, and has very many dislocations the place; finally, depending on the theoretical analysis and empirical result, puts forward main principles and managing strategies by which china's hi-tech enterprises should abide when they manage knowledge employees.The new points of this paper are following two aspects: Firstly, delimits definitely conceptual meaning of knowledge employee in china's hi-tech enterprise, on the basis of analysing in detail its characteristics, discusses mainly a series of problems in the management of knowledge employee in china's hi-tech enterprises, and lists main reasons. Secondly, gets the impact factors of the management of knowledge employee in china's hi-tech enterprises by using the method of principal component and factor analysis based on exploration, and comparatively analyses the difference between cognitive anticipation factor and actual experience factor through utilizing independent sample mean t test.
