As China Joined the WTO and the Chinese—ASEAN free trade area is establishing,the trade of Hunan agricultural product districts will be gradually turn to deeply and freely,and market competition also will be drastic, it is important for us to continuously enhanceChina's international competition ability of the Hunan agricultural product. Moreover,enhance the international competition ability of Hunan agricultural product can in creasethe income that the fanner and benefit to the solution of the "three agricultures" problem,further can promote social developments then into middle-class.This article firstly lay emphasis in the basic theories of agricultural internationalcompetitiveness; absolute advantage theory, comparative advantage theory, and Porter'scompetitive advantage theory; Secondly from the basis of totally opinions for agriculturalinternational competitiveness, estimate Hunan main agricultural Commodities'competitiveness, Thirdly use Porter's diamond model as the factor's analysis frame ofHunan agricultural international competitiveness, make deeply positive analysis on allfactors, test influential factors of agricultural international competitiveness; Basing on thetheories of competition, Finally point out improving Hunan agricultural intemationalcompetitiveness through setting up the agent of market management, decreasing the cost offarm produce, adjusting the protective policies of govemment and innovating farm produce,In order to make Hunan agricultural Competitive advantage changed to Economicadvantage, and improve Hunan agricultural international competitiveness and make Hunanchange from bigger agricultural province to stronger agricultural province.
