A Study On Boss Style Authority Management Model About Growing Small-Medium Scaled Private Enterprise

Private enterprises have become be an important force for our national economy development. However, the laggard management level restricts the development of Private enterprises, especially for the development of small-medium scaled private enterprise, and become one of the important reasons that the small-medium scaled private enterprises in our country can not live a long time. Research and investigate the management model of the small-medium scaled private enterprises in the new situation, has very important meaning towards promoting the healthily growth and development of the small-medium scaled Private enterprises.Basing on a great deal of survey and literature, this paper summarizes the type of the business enterprise management model and the influence factor of choosing different management model for different enterprises. In this paper, the style and the development of management authority are emphasized. Through the analysis and study of the management model in P Company in Wuhan, this paper expatiate the affirmative significance and negative influence of the management authority during the process of corporate development, explains the inherent causation that P Company adopts the model of authority management, and gain some countermeasure to improve P Company management level in the end.Basing on the analysis of the P company authority management model, this paper uses the method of deduction, gain six countermeasures to improve the management level, which are suitable to the small scaled private enterprises, placing in the growth period and adopting the authority management model:①consciousness of headship;②formability of company;③mechanism of decision-making:④mechanism of profit-shared;⑤power structure;⑥the institution of company. The purpose of this paper is summarizing the management experience of the small scaled private enterprises, exploring the essence and rule of the small scaled private enterprises and improving the level of management in the small scaled private enterprises.
