Reform and opening up have brought up more than 30 years, the growing of China's economy is so fast, the share of private economy (the state ownership economy) in the national economy is bigger; it has become an important part of the national economy. China's economic and social develops rapidly from 2002 to 2007, this is also small and medium-sized private enterprises' best 6 years in China. In 2003, China has formulated a standard for small and medium-sized enterprise, while enterprises' development reached a new record both in quality and quantity. Due to the financial crisis in 2008, the global economy declined, a lot of medium and small businesses is on the brink of bankruptcy. Small and medium-sized private high-tech chemical enterprise, as a member of the small and medium-sized enterprises, have being shocked no exception.From the corporate growth cycle theory, this article discusses the human resource management issues of small and medium-sized private high-tech chemical enterprise. Such enterprises is small in scale, also the competition of them is weak. Along with the perfect competition mechanism of market economy, the management of the human resource of private enterprises appears gradually. This paper discusses SZ company's human resources management situation from organization structure, top management team as well as 6 core module of human resource management. Enterprises like SZ company is famous for its high speed development, the main problems facing is "prematurely senile" or "die". To solve these problems, the article finally offers concrete improvement measures in recruitment and training, compensation and benefits, performance management, enterprise culture, for seeking SZ company better development.At present, the research of human resources management of private enterprises is less, especially for small and medium-sized private high-tech chemical enterprise, either theoretical research, or enterprise case. This paper take SZ enterprise as an example, make analysis and investigation for the growth of small and medium-sized private high-tech chemical enterprise, puts forward some suggestions. This can also provide some help for other "blind dates" enterprise.
