| The rapid development of power industry brings the electrical automation industry a broad market space. From start-up phase to growth stage, XX medium-small scaled electrical automation enterprise has successfully completed the primitive accumulation of capital. Currently the development speed of XX enterprise has slowed down, economic efficiency has declined, and it is in a development bottleneck. In order to further developing and growing, it needs to carry out strategic adjustment. Using five-force model and SWOT analysis matrix theory, this paper analyses the external environment of medium-small scaled electrical automation enterprises and the internal environment of XX medium-small scaled electrical automation enterprise. Under the external threats, the paper matches the professional development strategies to the external opportunities and internal advantages, for promoting the development of XX medium-small scaled electrical automation enterprise. |
