The Logistics Mode Research Of Northeast Rice Based On The Supply Chain Theory

"The people live on food, and rice is the first choice as a food". China has long been known as the "Kingdom of rice," rice is the largest food product in China. As a high-quality rice from the main producing area of the Northeast, the Rice has a bright surface, and very neat; from the inherent quality, it has a moderate viscosity, and the test is very soft; Meanwhile, the Rice of Northeast could organize a large amount of rice for sales. Otherwise, the population in the southern part of China has a huge upsurge and more and more land had been used for industrial production. On the other hand, along with the improvement of people's living standards, poor taste rice will be gradually reduced. So this situation makes a huge market demand actually.However, because of the restrictions of geographical, transport, innovative concepts, such as lack of modern supply chain management, the market don't meet the demand much yet. This paper will design a new logistics model based on the actual production and demand situation for the Northeast Rice.Based on the theories of supply chain management, supply chain integration, industrialization of agriculture combined with the rice supply chain logistics, taking the orders as the whole rice supply chain leading, the usage of information systems and e-commerce platform, the author designs the Northeast Rice logistics mode. The mode put the integration of farmers and rice factories as the beginning of the supply chain, also the mode use the intermodal container transportation as its shipping way. At last, according the performance the of the project that operates on the mode designed by the author, it is proved that the mode is feasible and more operational.This paper consists of five parts:Firstly, the study explores the theories of logistics supply chain integration and agricultural industrialization, such as supply chain and logistics management, supply chain logistics integration. Then the paper researches and analyzes the fact of the combination of supply chain management and agricultural industrialization.Second part is about the Northeast paddy planting and the Rice production, an analysis of China rice consumption. Meanwhile, the author predicts the future rice demand of China and analyses the main logistics problem in those regions.Thirdly, based on the two chapters, the literature and the analysis of the present status of logistics situation of Northeast Rice have been reviewed. The paper analyses the deficiency of the present logistics situation of Northeast Rice and designs the totally new logistics mode of Northeast Rice. Fourthly, according the performance the of the project that operates on the mode designed by the author, it is proved that the mode is feasible and economic.Finally, the paper gives some proposes for the modern rice logistics of the Northeast China.
