At present, the research on the management ethic and the oriental management ideas has become the focus in the field of science of management and management psychology. The paper tries to use the methodology of empirical research .By studying the behaviors and views of ancient managers, the management ethic framework of ancient managers can be found out, and meanwhile its significance will be revealed.The paper starts from the view of game theory to prove the possibility of forming some fixed management ethic pattern during long-term game, and then by analyzing the management behaviors of about ten generally acknowledged brilliant managers in Chinese ancient times, especially by using hierarchical clustering analyses on the data about the related behaviors, the management ethic framework of ancient managers is obtained, which is formed by the morality of loving others, the proper way of managing others and the magnanimity of treating others.The morality of loving others emphasizes on the importance of the management idea of basing on human being and a kind of good human relationship in the organizations. The proper way of managing others is a way of managers to manage others and make use of personnel, and guarantees to achieve the administrative goals. The magnanimity of treating others is focused on training the ability of managers'systematic thinking, so as to achieve the mutual harmony between self and others, between in and out of the organization. The morality of loving others, the proper way of managing others and the magnanimity of treating others form a whole mutually supplemented frame.
