| Land use change is an ancient and brand-new problem.Making a comprehensive view of the research fruits, land use change contains not only contrast of land use structure and the supervising in the course of land use, but compound relation between land use change and natural,social ,economic system. Land use conversion,as the important part of Land use change, can change the regional landscape through the change of quantity structure and the evolvement of space structure and land cover.Large-scale exploitation of land resources in china has remarkably promoted the development of regional economy.Facing the southwest area with the most prominent human-earth contradiction during transition of the economic system of china, with scientifically harmonizing the human-earth relationship to realize regional sustainable development as the guiding thought, with the study of land use conversion closely related to human activity, with human geography,physical geography, sustainable development theory, the discipline of land resources,land economics,optimum allocation theory of land resources as guiding theories,with document retrieval,contrast analysis,mathematical statistical method, multilevel spacial-temporal analysis, on-the-spot survey as research methods, discussing the situation and the driving mechanism of land use conversion systematically.This study can supply scientific guide for the sustainable utilization of land resources and the sustainable development of agriculture.Meanwhile,some helpful experiences also can be supplied to similar area.Firstly, in order to have a thorough understanding of the background of the study,This article simply introduces the significance of the study and the purpose of the research and the past and present at home and abroad.Then it illustrates the conception of land, land use conversion,land use, and the relationship among them.As part of LUCC,which meaning has great changes in new historical stage,land use conversion has become the highlight of LUCC.Land use conversion usually results in the change of land cover which further promotes the change of land use structure. Next,take Xixiu district of Anshun city as an example, land use change has been demonstrated by empirical work. On the basis of introducing the background of the area, such as the natural and socioeconomic conditions, current situation and existing issues of land use structure, With the statistics of land resources and its change each year,this article also in-depth analyzes the characteristics and its impacts on study area,after that,trys to find out the driving factors impacting land use conversion of the area by means of PCA, regression analysis, correlation analysis, etc,probing into the theoretical process model of land use conversion and conductive mechanism of driving forces, pointing out the key factors of land use change including the development of economic and the increase of population,the change of industrial structure and update agricultural technology,land policy and the development of transportation.The three driving forces of market,policy and society,with their own conductive mechanism,come into being"composition of forces"and influence each other.Therefore, this paper finally indicates that we must adjust measures to local conditions and pay more attention to the importance of prevailing human driving forces and the combination under concrete circumstances,and form the cognition of harmonious development among resource exploration, environmental protection and economy through all the ways to harmonize the benefits among all the subjects. Only like this, supplying of land can not only meet the demand for building land in economy development,but guarantee favorable environment and the first need"survival".At the same time,it is necessary to make full use of land market on the condition of socialism market economy promote structure change of urban land and the farming land to make the efforts to realize proper deployment of land resources to the greatest extend. |
