The ginseng industry is the characteristic industry, also is the cornerstone of east counties, and is an important origin of financial revenue in Jilin Province. This has restricted seriously the development of economy and the progress of society. Therefore under the new form, how to solve this difficult problem, realize the ginseng industry promotion and casts off the hat of "the ginseng wholesale", has become the important task of economy development in Jilin Province. On the basis of severe situation of Jilin Province and following the new trend that ginseng processing industry develops, This paper put forwards a new way that develop ginseng processing industry greatly in Jilin Provinces to enhance the the international competitive power of ginseng industry, increase peasant's income and realize the fast development of rural economy.This paper is based on the theory of Microeconomics, Development Economic, Industrial Economics. Study on the subject includes four aspects:1,This paper analyzes the ginseng's resources superiority, the technical superiority, the price superiority, the expense tendency as well as the influence of international market under the condition of traditional freedom. According to the above analysis the practical foundation of developing ginseng processing industry in Jilin Province is expounded.2,This part analyzed the present situations of the development of ginseng processing industry in Jilin Province. At first, it is analyzed that the development history of ginseng processing industry from the longitudinal side in Jilin Province.
