Research On Financial Support Of Ginseng Industry In Jilin Province

The ginseng industry with regional characteristics is an important part of the special agricultural industry in Jilin Province.Insure the ginseng industry's healthy,stable and sustainable development has a great promotion effect on the agricultural economy in Jilin Province.In order to achieve the goal of “100 billion yuan” in the ginseng industry,Jilin Province launched revitalization project in 2010 and 2016,and proposed the high-quality development of ginseng industry in early 2019,put financial support as the main development tool.Therefore,continuously improving the financial support system of the ginseng industry is of great significance to improving the strength of the ginseng industry in Jilin Province.This paper focuses on the definition of ginseng industry and financial support,sorts out the relevant theories of financial support,and clarifies the relationship between financial support and industrial development as the basis for research.First,a brief introduction to the development status of ginseng industry in Jilin Province,then from four perspectives,government financial support policy,bank credit support,the individual household financial supply or demand and financial support of ginseng enterprises,comprehensive introduction the current status of financial support for Ginseng Industry.And found that currently exists some problems,such as incomplete financial support policies,insufficient financial institution support,imperfect guarantee system and single risk prevention path.Secondly,establish an indicator system from the scale and efficiency of financial support,and then analysis the degree of financial support for the ginseng industry.And through empirical analysis educed that financial support has a positive relationship with the ginseng industry in Jilin Province,so financial support for the ginseng industry in Jilin Province Development has a driving role.Finally,draw lessons from the financial support practices of South Korea,the modern agriculture of Heilongjiang Province and the Chinese herbal medicine industry,and then Combined with the problems of financial support in the ginseng industry of Jilin Province,and proposed countermeasures such as improving financial support policies,strengthening financial institution support,establishing and perfecting the financing guarantee system,and fetching in private capital broadening the risk prevention path,and construction of financial support system in order to improve the development of ginseng industry in Jilin Province.
