In the new situation,the important problem must be solved in the theory and practice of agricultural extension,how does the agricultural information service well in agricultural extension to establish and improve the service system of agricultural information,to improve agricultural information dissemination and industrialization operation,to use IT application to propel its modernization,to push forward the pace of translating agricultural research achievements,to promote the development of agricultural productivity and the constant progress of agriculture and rural economy.At the present stage,the information dissemination situation of agricultural extension is restricted by the social economic level in the countryside.Agricultural information can't be effectively transmitted to farmers in time because the problems of "time lag" namely "the last kilometer" in agricultural information service have not been settled yet feasibly,that it is lack of the essential guide to farmers on this dissemination and is relatively narrow on the information service range.It is insufficient for construction input of the information dissemination system of agricultural extension and incomplete in the information service system,as well as it is difficult to combine the information,also the application and development of Internet in the countryside are relatively backward,and it is obvious that agricultural website is low-level in repeated construction and dispersed resource.It is not very clear in the agricultural information location system,single in the function,lack of standard management and good operating mechanism in the whole network.It's not only lack of a great number of produce information which can be exactly offered the agricultural product distributors in time,but also lack of professionals who master the network technology collecting and arranging the network information,analyzing the market situation,replying the E-mails from the network users,answering questions etc.and who are familiar with the rules of agricultural economical operation.The farmers ordinarily have insufficient understanding of informationization,lack the thought motive force of advancing the agricultural informationization.The thought of "waiting,depending and wanting" is quite general,especially seriously,the old concept that the informationization belongs to the rich man,lacking the confidence to advance the information on agricultural construction.The information dissemination of agricultural extension specializing in serving farmer households,because lacks the effective carriers which join the information network and farmer household,should influence agricultural information helpful full play,make agricultural information come into the farmers from network difficultly.Setting about relevant theories of agricultural extension,this thesis has analyzed the meanings and characteristics of information dissemination in agricultural extension. Based on the current situation of information dissemination,the author has systematically analyzed the factor restricts the information dissemination of our country,and put forward countermeasure and suggestions which can effectively dispels the barriers restricting information dissemination of agricultural extension.First of all,the construction of agricultural information dissemination must be combined with background of new social countryside building.At the same time,the leading role of government and agricultural administration departments should be played in the process of agricultural information dissemination.The peasantry education should be strengthened and the quality could be raised.It is important to set up the innovation systems of agricultural information dissemination,and the power of agricultural information dissemination continually added.At last,the troop of agricultural information dissemination would be increased and the level of agricultural information dissemination should be elevated simultaneously.The role of agricultural information dissemination should be played thoroughly today in China.The science and technology level of agricultural production will be progressed,and the production quality and technological level have to be increased step by step.Therefore,the competition power of production of China will be enhanced in the international market.The problems of agriculture,peasantry and rural would be resolved gradually.
