A Research On The Bank-Enterprise Relation In The International Trade Finance Business Of Bank K

After joining WTO, the range of foreign trade of our country expands rapidly and the competition among the commercial banks has become more serious. It has played an important roles in commercial banks' competition that the bank how to develop international trade finance business accordingly.Bank and enterprise are two independent, equal and initiative economic bodies, and the relation between them is one of the most important in the modern market economy. The international trade finance business, linking the asset business with intermediary business, has its own character on the bank-enterprise relation.According to the real situation of bank K, this thesis analyzes the bank-enterprise relation in the international trade finance business. Based on the data gained from questionnaire, interview and industry analysis, this article makes further analysis about the existing problems in the international trade finance business of Bank K and gives some practicable improvement measures on constructing the interactive, trusting, steady and harmonious relation between bank and enterprise.This thesis provides bank K a good reference for developing international trade finance business, and also provides a good reference on how to put the method of analysis on the bank-enterprise relation into the practice of banking management and its innovation.
