Petroleum-industry is important as a post in domestic economy. And costmanagementin a corporation about oil--production is one of the key measures toenhance its economic effects. HeKou-Oil Production Company is the bacilic oilproduction enterprise in Shengli-Oilfield. After years of exploring, higher cost ofoil-production has hindered enterprise from developing seriously. It is theimportant task to summarize experiences of HeKou-Oil Production Companyabout cost-management and find countermeasures that fit to its management facts.In the paper, we try to design a oil-production cost-control system forHeKou-Oil Production Company, by summarizing cost-managementexperiences of China and other countries,compared with the experiences ofHeKou-Oil Production Company, so as to make the system with a characteristicwhich is scientific, advanced, applicable and operative. In the paper, we searchedinto some important hands of the system in order to provide a better foundationfor future cost.In the first place, this paper has carried on the fine differentiation to theHeKou-Oil Production Company production process, and has made thethorough analysis to each cost driver; Moreover, through summarizing theexperience and cost-management work on-the-spot investigation of HeKou-Oil Production Company oil field, the paper, in detail, elaborates various factors thataffect the production cost , and has discovered the question which existed in thecost management aspect of HeKou-Oil Production Company; At last, wedescribed the framework of the cost-management system, and some criticalthings about cost-management are discussed in this paper to findcountermeasures for cost-management.Systems analysis method, comparative method, historical method, andtheory associate practice method are basic means in the paper. |
