With the economic globalization, enterprises competition is not only among enterprises but also among strategic alliances. Strategic alliances are still developing in the perspective of theory and connotation, such as collaborative agent, collaborative form and collaborative purpose. Nowadays, strategic alliances are believed to be an important way to success. But strategic alliances are still having many problems in the perspectives of collaborative form and effect.The main purpose of the thesis is trying to solve the problems in the strategic alliances. The thesis analyses the strategic alliances from the perspectives of the cause, core-competitiveness, and strategic planning. The methods of the thesis are to build the models though the game theory and the case studies of the models in Qingdao. And all the researches aim to summarize the rules that can improve the strategic alliances.Part one is the introduction. It is mainly on the background, operation significance and the structure of the thesis.Part two is on the strategic alliances at present in our country.Part three is on the fundamental theory, deeply analyzing the theory of the strategic alliance, core-competitiveness, and game theory.Part four analyzes the relationship between strategic alliance and core-competitiveness. Through the case study of representative enterprises in different regions, it is found that the strategic alliance can accelerate the core-competitiveness and also several strategic alliance modes are summarized.Part five is the conclusion: according to the study on the competitive advantage of strategic alliance under the new economic system, this thesis finally gives some suggestions to make new strategic modes that can improve the companies'competitive power in international competitions.
