Study On Strategic Alliance Instability Base On Game Theory

With the acceleration of global economic integration process, economy of China is closer to the world, and will gradually integrate with it. The competitive environment of our Chinese enterprises facing has changed from the past relatively stable, predictable, static, can be controlled to a sharp oscillation, unpredictable, dynamic, confrontational strong and almost uncontrollable at present. More and more enterprises have recognized the long-term evenly matched fight will enable the party exhaustion in financial, material, intellectual, and difficult to deal with the next round of competition and innovation. Especially in the global market competition that technological advances are increasingly accelerating, the strength of any single company is limited, and our own strength alone can not achieve a higher level of strategic objectives. Thus, competition among enterprises is no longer "life and death" struggle, "win-win" and "wins" displace it, compete in cooperation, cooperate in competition has become the mainstream. Search and establish various forms of inter-firm alliances become an important means of achieving and maintaining a competitive edge, so as to share the risks that the new technologies takes, in order to enhance their overall competitive advantage.Strategic Alliance is an effective way to make up insufficient of corporate resources, enhance their ability of R&D and learning, develop and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. The stability of the League is crucial to the existence of the strategic alliances and the realization of strategic objectives. The coalition stability analysis can give businesses a clear understanding of the steps and pre-conditions that establish and develop a strategic alliances, enhance the stability of it is conducive to them to avoid the negative effects of fluctuations.The game theory is one of the hotspots of modern economics and management science, which main research is the influence and interactions between the main bodies; strategic alliances formed for the benefit; thus, both are the same in the object. Use the game theory as a tool to study strategic alliances, through changes in the interest of game theory and strategic adjustments to analyze some issues of strategic alliances, which could deep understanding of the strategic alliance in theory, on the other hand, there are certain guiding significance to the running strategic alliances or are about to format.This paper use game theory to analyze the stability of corporate strategic alliances, identify instability factors and the corresponding mitigation measures, found the objective laws and the presence of the necessary conditions that the enterprise strategic alliance to run from, thus provide a reference to the practical activities of Strategic alliances management and some suggestions for the establishing of it.
