Comprehensive Game Analysis To The Strategy Alliance Of Logistics Enterprises

With the rapid development of the global economy, the logistics enterprises which are lack in the competence advantage in China face the challenge to survive. Companies start to compete companied with collaboration instead of the opposed competition. In order to enhance the compete power and survival in the changed environment, the alliance stratagem has become the insistent demand for logistics firms. And the common feature of the competence and strategy is the economic benefits, so it is useful meaningful that we use the game theory to study the alliance of the logisticsThe dissertation gives qualitative and quantitative research to the formation of alliance. The dissertation introduces the development history and situation at present, and the game theory. This paper does game analysis to the logistics firms strategy alliance from three aspects, firstly, common game model is introduced to the logstics firms under the circumstances of perfect and imperfect information; Secondly, it gives analysis to the balance mechanism of the same level logistics firms. How to maximize the benefits of the competed logistics firms is the final target for the logistics firms, so the dissertation gives Nash ebullience solution, and the Shapley-value distribution model to the different logistics firms. At last, the conclusion is got for setting up logistics firms strategy alliance. The study is very meaningful to our government fostering logistics marketing environment, making policy, and setting up strategy alliance between the firms.
