Researches Of Economic Analytical Method On The Reconstruction Of The Villages In The City

Since the twenty-first century, our country has promoted the urbanization zealously all the time so that the sizes of cities have expended unceasingly, the populations of cities have increased ceaselessly, at the same time, the problems of cities have also emerged incessantly. Some of these problems of cities have to some degree restricted the healthy development of cities and reduced the living qualities of urban residents. The problem of the villages in the city is a very prominent one of these problems of cities. This thesis takes the villages of the city as the object of research, puts forward some advices and measures which can solve the problem through analyzing the interior and exterior relation of the villages in the city.In the first chapter, this thesis mainly introduces the underground of this study,the aim of this study,the process of development on the study in home and abroad, and the main contents of this study.In the second chapter, this thesis mainly introduces the definition of the villages in the city,the reason why it can come into being,its characteristics and other corresponding problems.The third chapter of this thesis mainly makes some researches on the internal relation of the villages in the city from the microcosmic point of view. The internal relation can be embodied from the sale and purchase relation on the land of the villages in the city between the farmers and the local government. Therefore, this thesis depends on the theory of microeconomics, analyzes the relation between the farmers and the government in terms of perfect competition,monopoly and oligopoly. Under the condition of perfect competition, this thesis mainly examines the supply and demand curve on the supply and demand market of land of the villages in the city and the methods that can move the supply and demand curve in order to reduce the equilibrium price of the land. Under the condition of monopoly, this thesis establishes the function of the returns of farmers and further identifies the time that the farmers sale their land. Under the condition of oligopoly, this thesis mainly examines the rent of the abodes of the villages in the city and puts forward the methods that can reduce the rent through the integrated analyses about the market of the leased houses.The fourth chapter continues to research the relation between the farmers and the government from the microcosmic point of view. However, this chapter uses the game theory to further analyze the problem of the villages in the city. This chapter first introduces the model of the non-cooperate game theory and the Nash Equilibrium, then puts forward the model of the game theory about the reconstruction of the villages in the city, eventually gets the results of the model through the data of the developed zone of economics and technology of Qingdao.The fifth chapter researches the mutual relation among the different villages in a city from the macrocosmic point of view. The relation can be mainly embodied through the land prices and rents among different villages in the city. After the government purchases one of the villages in the city, the land prices and rents of the other villages of the city will rise with the reduction of the quantity of the villages in the city. This chapter expresses the relation through the use of the function about the land price and rent in order to identify the expenditure when the government wants to purchase all villages in the city.The sixth chapter makes researches on two problems that have close relations to the villages in the city. One is the construction problem of the installed houses of the farmers. Because the government wants to construct the installed houses of the farmers in the areas that are far from the city and the farmers want to live in the city, therefore, the government needs to pay the farmers some compensation in order to construct the installed houses in the areas that the government wants to. This chapter establishes the mathematic model to express the contradiction in order to identify the correct place that the installed houses can be constructed. The other is the construction problem of the boarding houses of the out-of-town workers. In the analyses of oligopoly, this thesis once puts forward the fact that constructing the boarding houses of the out-of-town workers is a effective method of solving the problem of the villages in the city. Therefore, this chapter establishes the mathematic model between the superiority of the boarding houses and the additive cost in order to reflect the problem how the construction of the boarding houses can absorb more out-of-town workers to dwell.The seventh chapter is a summary of the whole thesis, sums up the point of innovation and defect and makes some prospects to the future of the problem of the villages in the city.
