The Study On Longwan District Government’s Role In The Reconstruction Of Villages Of City

The village in the city is a special phenomenon of rapid urbanization that generates in the specific historical and cultural background. According to researches, our country has entered the stage of the accelerated development of urbanization. The rapid development of urbanization is a strong power for economic development, on the other side, it also insinuates the phenomeon of Semi-Urbanization. That is to say, the social and economic phenomenon of the village in the city has gradually become the main problem that the government should face. Wenzhou, as the birthplace of China’s private economy, is known for the "Wenzhou model"---the countryside family workshops led to the economic development of Wenzhou. However, villages as carrier of "Wenzhou model" in a certain extent hinder the Wenzhou economic restructuring and development. Therefore, the government has begun to take measures to solve the problem of village in Wenzhou city. In this paper, the author found that in Wenzhou area, the government holds the principle that t "government-led, farmers as the main body, standardized op(?)ion, saving land" to reconstruct of the village and plays a important role in this process. However, there is no relevant literature on the role of government during the reconstruction of Longwan District of Wenzhou City. Therefore, this paper has important theoretical and practical significance to study the role of the government in the transformation of villages in Longwan District of Wenzhou city.After reading a lot of literatures and carrying out interviewes, the author of this article expounds the domestic city village renovation experience and the theoretical basis of in the transformation of villages, this paper takes Wenzhou City Longwan District as an example with the method of literature survey, empirical research, qualitative and quantitative analysis, interviews and case analysis, field visits to study the current situation, existing problems of the Longwan District and the performance of Longwan District.then, this paper further analyzes the restriction factors and finally some suggestions are put forward.Through the analysis of the role of the government in Longwan District of Wenzhou City, the author hopes to provide useful suggestions for the transformation of villages in Wenzhou..
