Design Of Performance Management System Of ICBC QL Branch

Performance management is one of important links in the operation of bank. Yet the way of traditional performance management can not meet with the needs of contemporary banking fierce competitive environment. In order to help bank to set up performance management system to add up to its nuclear competition capability.This thesis makes ICBC QL branch as the research object. First of all, it described the content and process of performance of management and briefly introduce BSC and KPI etc. And then, it analyzes the drawbacks and limits of traditional performance management tools and according to the characteristics of banking operation per se and the content and quality of BSC, arise the necessity and reasonability of the way which introduce the BSC as the performance management tool. In the end, after defining the strategic goal of QL branch, it detailed the designing thought and construction plan of performance management system of ICBC QL branch and designed the performance management system of QL branch through the way of BSC and KPI etc.This thesis is supposed to explore the basic BSC thought of basic branch of large commercial bank through analyzing the theory and case of performance so as to push the undertaking of the strategy of commercial bank smoothly and has certain reference value for the establishment of the construction of performance management system in basic branch of larg commercial bank.
