Private enterprises in the economic development process is active, in cities and towns tosolve the employment problem, with live county economy, etc., to society gradually improvecontribution. Currently restricted the development of enterprises is the core of human resourcemanagement problems, and performance management as a core part of human resourcesmanagement for enterprises to achieve strategic objectives plays a vital role. For China’sprivate enterprises especially small and medium-sized private enterprise speaking, from thelocal natural history environment, policy environment, cultural environment, familymanagement and so on many factors, performance management theory especially westernerscreated some theory is difficult to apply.This paper first analyzes the performance step by step, performance management, theconnotation of the performance management system, and summarized the performancemanagement method, and then to FH company as the research object, through the analysis ofthe company’s strategy, human resource management and performance management presentsituation and the existing problems, the researchers developed a FH company performancemanagement system, and formulate the implementation path. Based on the research process,the performance operation system in the content and form, with meeting the traditional way asthe carrier of bearing performance management, can guarantee performance management notime no not, facilitate agile control; In making performance indicator system integrated use ofthe balanced scorecard, key performance indicators and the main base binary method, theperformance index system according to the post to establish, simplify the design process, savethe design cost. The establishment of performance security system is actually withperformance management activities and the performance management of the influence of therelated management activities, such as system management, cultural management, etc., willtherefore performance management with other management for organic combination ofperformance management system is an important guiding ideology. For the concreteimplementation process, special reflects the people-oriented idea, from the preparation, thespecific implementation, evaluation feedback to the results using, specific to the individual,respect the will of the people, pay attention to the development of the individual.
