Abstract:Electric power construction enterprise is a vital relationship, promoting the national economic and social development of basic industries, this have electric power construction enterprise and construction enterprise’s dual professional characteristics, it has become one of the electric power construction enterprises in our country, especially important organic component. In the process of human resource management, performance management played an essential role. The ultimate goal of performance management is by increasing the employee’s actual work performance, to achieve enterprise’s management goal, and enhance enterprise employees to work sense of responsibility and sense of belonging.Through the company’s existing, traditional performance management system analysis and research of the status quotation, find out why these problems. In its original performance management system for process improving, in order to improve the employee’s actual work performance, and propel the development of the company’s overall strategic previously, promote electric power construction industry overall management level of ascension, these are the enterprise management strategy and the concrete embodiment of core competence, they will become the basis of enterprise to improve the efficiency.
