According the practical condition of that area, it is analyzed and discussed that necessity and urgency of using CDM to achieve sustainable development in the west. Based on summing up the six issues of implementation of CDM in the west, the strategies of the implementation of CDM for promoting sustainable development of the west area are raised. |
