Human Capital's Effect On Economic Growth In Market Institutional Change

Since 1978, with the deepening constantly of market-based process of our country, the economy of our country has entered a new stage of fast development; the comprehensive national strength is strengthened greatly. Have obtained the achievement attracting people's attention too in economic growth under the great environment of reform and opening-up in Sichuan Province, have disparity more still with eastern coastal area, the western and eastern imbalance phenomenon of economic development attract numerous scholars to probe into and study. Western new theory, theory of economic growth and human capital prove human capital in western developed country and newly industrializing country is the endogenous factor of economic growth already, then how are human capital current situation in Sichuan Province and impact on economic growth? Institutional economics thinks institutional changes have enormous effect on economic growth, then how on earth is the concrete influence on every key element in economic growth of institutional factor in market-based process of Sichuan Province?This paper takes the role of human capital in economic development as the theme, and mainly discusses the concrete influence of institutional change on human capital's affecting economic development. The paper intends to analyze Sichuan Province's 20 years statistics, and compare Sichuan Province with coastal developed province, in order to reach a suggestion to the economic growth of China. This paper is divided into four chapters altogether:Chapter one: Research background and theme. Mainly introduce human capital, concept, research theme and research meaning of the institutional and economic growth, and the research frame herein.Chapter two: Introduction to the theoretical foundation. Have introduced institutional changes, the basic contents of the institutional and economic growth theory in capital theory of human and institutional economics, and they are in the application herein.Chapter three: Analysis of real example taking Sichuan Province as example. Use data carry on longitudinal analysis 20 year such as Sichuan, then data carry on horizontal to compare with Sichuan with 10 year in Guangdong at first, probe into it in social changes, the function on the economic growth of the human capital, and the institutional influences the deep reason analysis of the economic growth effect of the human capital.Chapter four provides the theory result to the data analysis result of the first above chapter, carry on offering the suggestion of solving corresponding problem and thinking.
