"China'job burnout Index 'Investigation Result" indicated that, "70% Chinese employees appear the varying degree of job burnout", obviously which has generally existed。Job burnout has negative effect to the organization and employees,which they must face up to.Andjob burnout influence implementation of human resources strategy and the preparation of human resource plan. Therefore we have the necessity to study it thoroughly, in order to make the negative effect of job burnout bottom out.Overseas research of job burnout start comparatively early, from 1974,American clinical psychologist Freudenberger used "job burnout" for the first time , had more than 30 years history and formed the certain research system. But the research is mainly in the field of psychology and the organization behavior. Taiwan and Hong Kong had period of time on studying burnout, has obtained certain achievement, but the mainland has started the research recently several years.This article bring job burnout into the field of human resource management , carry on the research from the point of view of human resources management. This article has defineded job burnout from; has classified job burnout according to its development, performance,origin and degree; has studied the general reason of thejob burnout and the influence of the job burout to the enterprise overall human resources, the key staff, the feminine staff, as well as the employee under the cross cultural scene;proposed human resources management pattern of job burnout ,and put forward several proposals on overcoming the job burnout.Structure of this article: Preface; First chapter,summary about correlation research of job burnout; Second chapter, study job burnout from the point of view of human resource; third chapter, human resource management for job burnout; Case analysis; Conclusion.Innovation of this article : bring reasearch of job burnout in the field of human resource management; carry on the research from the point of view of human resource management. The research not only have the certain significance in the fundamental research,but also have the certain instruction significance for the enterprise and individual.But this study has not carried on demonstration investigationdue to limited time and manpower.
