Financial corporation's image is an important goal, as well as the core of financial public relations, which is an indispensable part of the whole theory of public relations. In the new century, with the globalization of financial, the Chinese financial corporation should know how to survive in the global competitions. Besides, Chinese financial corporations are facing all kinds of challenges and opportunities after entering WTO. Good financial corporations'image is an important intangible asset of our country, which is a key power pushing the society to further development. Thus, the theory of building financial corporation's image is an urgent issue to be settled. After clarifying the actuality and development trend of global finance and public relations, the paper explains the definitions, essence and characteristics of financial corporation's image, And explains the importance and essential of it. The following is the main part of the paper when the theories of building corporation's image are used in the theory of building financial corporation'image.When the theory of corporation identity system is used in the financial, it becomes financial corporation identity system, which consists of mind identity, behavior identity and visual identity.The following is the difference between the corporation's image of Chinese'financial corporations and them of the developed countries. And given the principle of financial corporation's image-building in our country———consumer is God, honesty is the first. It is important to build the client public relations part in order to building, developing and extending the image of financial corporation.At last, the essay put out the use for reference of experts'evaluation, with the whole evaluation system including every elements of the MI, BI& VI. According to the conclusion of the evaluation, the financial corporations'managers could scheme the new image strategy in order to improve the corporation's image.
