The Research Of Tax Policy On Promoting The Old Industrial Base In Northeast

The tax policy of different phases, background of the revenue policy and its effect on the economic development have been studied in the paper on the basis of basic theories about revenue policy. At the same time, the revenue policy of domestic and abroad is analyzed in the practical way. The economic conditions and revenue policy to revive the Northeast Old Industrial Base of China are summarized and explored according to the theories mentioned above.There were three parts in this paper: 1, The solutions have been put forward by analyzing the present conditions and problems of revenue policy; 2, The basic conditions of revenue policy and its effect on the economic development have been explored through analysis on the present conditions, the revenue policies including domestic and abroad are analyzed in the practical way; 3, The suggestions and advices on Revitalization the Northeast Old Industrial Base of China are given according to the above theories.The paper analyzed the role and limitations of revenue policy in the economic development in retrospect the present condition, advantages and problems. At the same time. the regulation effect of revenue policy under the market economy is summarized. At last, the revenue problems which national enterprise and collective corporation are facing have been explored and improved.
