Corporation's science-technology talents management is an important part of a corporation's human resources management and content of science-technology management. If a corporation can realize the science-technology talents' modern managing, it will has important realistic meaning in stabilizing corporation's science-technology talent group , working scientific study and technology innovation well and improving the corporations competitive ability.Western human resources development and management theory have already been formed. Corporation science-technology management has developed into modern Management of Technology, that is MOT. and it pays more attention to the human resources problems in technology innovation and management. But the special study on science-technology talents management is still not enough. Domestic study on talent management and science-technology talent management are also macro, that is national science-technology talent management. Just to this problem, the essay studies the related problems about science-technology talent management (main body of technology innovationg), and it also provides some theory value for the human resources management and corporation science-technology management.In the essay, the second part mainly illustrates and analyzes the definition, classification of talent and science-technology talent. and the characteristics of science-technology talent. It also reviews the related theory's developing process about science-technology talent management and corporationtechnology management briefly, and concludes and comments some of its theories and study accomplishments.In the third chapter, the essay talks about the present condition and characteristics of science-technology talent management in American and Japanese corporatins and concludes the science-technology talent management developing trend on this basis:corporations must insist human-oriented management theory, lay stress on motivation to science-technology talent and talent training, use some talents broadly, and pay attention to the coporation's cultural construction.The Fourth chapter analyzes the present condition and problems of corporation's science-technology talent management from the following aspects: corporations organizing system. Science-technology talent plan and work analysis. development and training. evaluation,salary and welfare,motivation and proper management, and so on.The fifth chapter is the key discussion about corporations science-technology talent management innovation. Our country's corporations should study the developing trend of corporation's management earnestly, try their best to reform, innovate, and make the modernization of corporation's science-technology talent management possible.As to the organizing system innovation, the organizing system should be established which is good for science-technology talent working better and develop with corporations together. Corporations should construct flat network organizations, perfect human resources management departments and R&D group,learning organizations and other forms of science-technology organizations, and also should emphasize on science-technology talents informal organizations, including acdemic organization and non-acdemic organization.Management mechanism innovation includes the innovation of talent employing mechanism, developing and training mechanism. check and evaluationg mechanism,salary and welfare mechanism,motivation mechamism and proper management mechanism and so on. These all need the corporation's attention. The last part of the essay suggests the managing forms and ways of science-technology talent should be innovated. The innovation of managing forms request corporations positively use knowledge management and information management and also use layered classification management. In this part, there is a useful discussion about the classification management of science-technology talent. The innovation of management ways are the guarantee of human resources management concept innovation and organization system innovation, and they are also the forms and tools of management forms innovation.Management ways innovation is reflected in the forms of information and network. Corporations' science-technology talent management meeds and is more proper for human resources management systems.
