Employees work actively in the work of cognitive and emotional experience is the innovation of the inner motive power of innovation performance,learn by knowledge resources exist in the organization between individuals,sharing,communication and absorption behavior,to provide staff to realize intend,innovation behavior and result and a series of resources and opportunities.So the staff actively working experience,the knowledge sharing behavior and the relationship between the innovation to become an important research topic.Existing already some scholars in the study on staff to study the working relationship between happiness and innovation performance,but the results there are some controversy,some people think that high work happiness innovation performance,which is conducive to staff,some people think that high work happiness have a blocking effect on employees' innovation performance.Work there should be some process factors between happiness and innovation performance,but there is few research in this field.Knowledge management theory is that some knowledge with distinct personal attributes,exists in individual knowledge may become the key of innovation resources,and the biggest play this kind of knowledge value,depends on whether the individual is willing to share with others,make knowledge generation potential value.Therefore,based on the knowledge sharing as intermediary variables,build relationships between job happiness,knowledge sharing and innovation performance model,explore new paths of talents of science and technology innovation performance.Based on the scientific and technological personnel as the research object,through the systematic analysis of work happiness,knowledge sharing and innovation performance research,put forward in this paper,the research framework;On this basis,the design of scientific and technological personnel work happiness questionnaire,knowledge sharing and innovation performance,put forward the research hypothesis,and through the data analysis,validate assumptions;Finally according to the results,and puts forward effective stimulate scientific and technological personnel work happiness,sharing knowledge innovation performance of policy recommendations.This paper adopts AMOS21.0 and SSPS19.0 software,through the analysis of variance and structural equation methods,such as analysis of scientific and technological personnel work happiness,knowledge sharing and innovation performance in demographic differences,to explore the relationship between the three.Main research conclusions are:(1)the scientific and technological personnel work happiness show significant differences in age,the title;Innovation performance in age,qualifications and administrative duties,there were significant differences in the title.(2)work happiness has a significant positive effect on innovation performance of technology and talents.(3)work happiness has a significant positive effect on knowledge sharing.(4)knowledge sharing has a significant positive effect on innovation performance of technology and talents.(5)knowledge sharing in job intermediary role between happiness and innovation performance.Based on the above research conclusion,this study based on the research conclusion and research situation effectively improve employee's innovation behavior management advice: pay attention to the training of science and technology talents work happiness,enhance endogenous power;We will improve the mechanism of enterprise knowledge sharing,and promote the knowledge flow in organization;A good atmosphere for innovation,improving scientific and technological personnel innovation enthusiasm.
