The Integration Application Of SCOR,6Sigma And ERP In Supply Chain Quality Management

Along with the supply chain becoming more and more important, the researchon the Supply Chain Quality Management (SCQM) gains a lot of significance. Butnow most supply chain quality management has problems—badly information-sharing in the supply chain, unable to break the enterprise boundary, defects on thequality improvement and having no standard performance attributes, which lead tothe poor supply chain quality management.Based on this, this paper focuses on how to integrate SCOR,6Sigma and ERPin the SCQM so as to take the fully advantage of them to solve the exciting problemsin SCQM.Specifically, the paper analyzes the lifecycle and basic needs in SCQM at first,and provides the SCQM model and the integration model of SCOR,6Sigma andERP using in SCQM. And SCQM is divided into two parts—daily management andimprovement management.Secondly, this paper brings forward designing supply chain quality managementsystem which will be used in the daily management of SCQM. Web model of theintegration of this system and ERP Is also been given. The modules of the system isanalyzed and also achieved.Thirdly, the integration relationship of 6Sigma and SCOR,the integrationlevels and integration models of 6Sigma and the supply chain management system areanalyzed and given. The paper designs and achieves the integration interface anddevelops the corresponding application programs.Finally, an actual case is given to describe how to improve supply chainmanagement by integrating SCOR,6Sigma and ERP. The output of the SCOR wastransferred to the input of 6Sigma through the benchmarking of SCOR and DMAIC iscarried out by using the data in the system of supply chain quality management. Italso gives practicable solution for process improvement and control. And thesolutions are recorded the in the systems of supply chain quality management andERP.
