The broad definition of agricultural product processing is the industrial production activities by man-made agricultural material and wildlife resources. However, the agricultural product deeply processing companies did not require a high quality of their own products and did not realize the significance to strengthen the establishing of standardization, improve agricultural products'quality and increase the market competition.Although, the key agricultural product deeply processing companies have already speeded up the standardization's process and received a good economical benefit, there are still a lot of problems in the companies standardization, such as: the manager does not pay much attention to companies'technique standardization and the technique standardization need be strengthened; the initiative is not enough; the people who are good at technique standardization is hard up and restrict companies development of technique standardization; they do not fit for requirement of TBT because of lacking of the technique standards; apart from several big companies, a lot of companies are lack of the ability to establish the actual standardization.Through the analysis of the standardization of the agricultural product deep processing in Changchun, the author brings forward a countermeasure for the exterior construction of the agricultural product deeply processing in Changchun: governments should pay attention to the technique standardization, institute a clear strategy of Changchun City, present stages for the transition of technology to production power and the consultation of technique standards information; government should encourage companies to set up the system of quality management and push the authentication of quality system; government should do well in the construction of industry area and supply a good external environment for companies; governments should do well in the standardization of raw material; also do well in the industry plan in order to ensure the supply of material and product consumption suitable for the develop strategy of companies; Government should consummate the establishment ,implementation and supervision of the technique standardization strengthen the training of technique standards, make the motivation system for companies to take part in the standardization, strength the establishment of agricultural product deeply processing industry technique protection system and guild service work.Meanwhile, the author also brings forward a countermeasure for technique standardization of agricultural product deep processing companies in Changchun: companies should pay attention to the establishment of technique standardization, get familiar with the rules of WTO/TBT, improve the ability of companies to adapt to the technique standardization, increase the core technique research power, go in the way of Integrating industry, study and research, adopt the international standards positive, develop the quality system authentication positively, bring the famous brands strategy in to effect, consummate the internal standardization system building, foster the people good at standardization, establish well-developed standardization structure, pay attention to standard information searching, apply computer optimizing management, use the strip code technique positively and carry out a management model to construct the base of good product for key companies and integrate scientific research , agricultural product processing and marketing service.Those are countermeasures and suggestions for the technique standardization of the agricultural product deeply processing companies in Changchun.
